Wellness Verification
There are five different types of reminders you can program into the Health & Safety Monitoring System: Medication, Health Test, Wellness Check, Wake Up and Tuck-In and General. Failure to respond by pressing the Check button within the programmed reminder duration (0-5 minutes) will result in a live intervention call by a care specialist (General reminders do not report). If they cannot be reached, the care specialist will immediately contact caregivers. (Messages can be personalized with the friendly voice of a caregiver or loved one).
